Notice that the keep is quite fortified on it's own and can function quite well even when the outer curtain wall has fallen.
Thanks for checking this out!
This castle design is the tried and true concentric pattern seen in so many castles throughout time. I wanted this thing to be huge and imposing, much like the Royal Castle seen in Lords of the Realm II (if anyone still remembers that old, great game).
I'm happy to take request if you have an idea for an AI castle design. Aside from that, I think I'm done with The Wolf for now. :)
***I updated the file to include the correct AIV. Please re-download. **
Make 26 AIV castles, one of each letter of the alphabet. You must somehow incorporate the letter into the main shape of the castle, but the rest is up to you.
To make it not too hard (for you and myself when I try it), I am fine with moats being placed just about anywhere (such as covering up the empty spaces of M or P).
One example of this would be the Pig AI I created (but didn't upload), which houses the keep inside the middle of the A while other buildings are outside it.
Using "bubble" letters is probably a good idea so all of your building aren't outside the castle. :D
As for what kind of letters, I guess it doesn't matter that much. I am using capitalized printing letters because they have interesting shapes and aren't horribly complex. Feel free to use any letter of any font of any language with any accent if you don't feel like sticking with the 26 :P
You don't have to do this, but it would be pretty interesting you know ;)

Hmm...
I'll consider it. It will take time, but it can be done. A very interesting challenge indeed! ;)

This is Really ULTIMATE and VERY STRONG fortress, but it's not really effective.. the AI should waste more money an time to complete this castle.. it's really vulnerable against swift and dangerous attacker like Saladin, Lionheart or The Assassins. anyway i'll add this to my favourite :)

This castle is toughest when the only way to approach and attack is from a narrow path leading to the front.
The AI has a tough time completing this under normal circumstances, however I designed it simply because, for the most part, Crusader lacks realism as far as AI castles go.
