Yes, that's true.
But if I write the same text twice, once in German and once in English, it would be allowed, wouldn't it?
I just think that maybe translating a text into English with Google can be quite... well, hard to understand sometimes.
In the night, my men can’t sleep as a result of our lack of water and the roaring lions anywhere out here. Except one little watercourse between the rocks we have found only dry ground and day for day we wait in the small shadows of the spare vegetation and the rocky cliffs for the night to come and to salvage us from the blistering heat of the desert around us.
But why are we waiting? – For the day after tomorrow, August the 7th! Then, our best spy has found out, Kh’mar Shamai, is going to leave for meeting the European armies near Acre. He takes most of the stationed troops with him, making it easier for us to conquer the city.

That's the same text, above in the original version, and below after translating it into German and back into English.
Some parts are correct, but some others aren't, making the whole text a bit confusing.
Night, my male lion roaring in the water deficiency and in us as a result there is not sleep. Only dry ground among the rocks and the day we came back and plant a small shadow of wait for the night rocks of the desert around us burning heat recovery day for us, except we found a small watercourse.
But why are waiting? The day after tomorrow - for August 7th! Then, the best spy, Kh'mar shaman, Acre best left for a meeting of European army was going to find out. Most of her union with him easier to talk with us to conquer the city is making.
Here the same text, after translating it into Turkish and back again. Even more confusing, I think.
And I didn't want to suggest that people should write the texts only in their original language, but both, in English and their language, to give others the chance of reading it without Google translator (or similar translators) having edited it, as such translated texts can be really hard to read, especially for people, whose native language is not English. Letting somebody else translate it manually could be better.
Of course, I know that this would not be possible in all cases probably, and it was just an idea.
