Welcome to my latest submission for crusader,i have four maps for you to enjoy.

Map1 is 'King Solomon's Gold' set in the 9th/10th century BC- you can see the map at the top (includes a save file-post ceded).

Map2 is called 'Ibn-Jal-Ziharr' set in spain and you have to capture the castle and fend off various invasions while trying to keep people happy.

Map3 another exotic name 'Sud-Han-Alwi' again set in spain, where you have a few adventures!

And finally Map4 'This Savage Land' .

All maps have a few surprises scripted-not to give too much away!

TwoDie These maps like in your style, like and nothing new you give us here. Same strange, unrealistic cliffs or walls (like defending towers from massive attacks with catapults from AIs. :D ).
Quite poor landscape for me.
Sad to read this but these ideas your with cliffs and same layout castles on the hills, getting me bored of your creation.

peter2008 Map1 'King Solomon's gold' - a "real" eco-invasion the player best pulls out all the stops of his/her skills. Bribes, bad things for a while, good things later. And here's a warning: the invasions will grow ...

Map4 'This Savage Land' - plays excitingly, but needs updating.
Careful approach, step by step, is needed to eliminate the castle defenders. Then, wood and stone management will be the clue along a happy build-up. Great that gold & trading is helpful but not decisive. Various invasions will test your castle. They bring all the different siege engines, including the all-to-seldom used siege tower! The winning conditions look easy, but when all are fulfilled, a timer starts ...

... which is too long. Two interruptions add to the excitement of the story. But five, six, endless times? Even when I was able to wipe out the huge invasions rapidly, time was never long enough for the counting to end. Pls adjust this.

One of the cede condition reads "Enymy troops killed (any): 20", but the entire garrison of the castle appears to be not enough to reach that goal. Bandits arrive (as time runs during cede, here), and many of them must be shot, too. Then, the remaining bandits turn to the player's colour :).

Hello both to TwoDie and Peter2008.

Thanks for the feedback,i have now uploaded the original maps(less invasions, new events etc).

Maybe you had a bad day, nevermind.
As for my castles being on a hill, well i can think of two for crusader (1) margat (2) the citadel of tripoli(3)shadowlands,so why should mine be any different? In fact the keeps in 'King solomon's Gold' and 'This Savage land' are both on a flat surface,so are some of my other maps-what's your point?

TwoDie MY point is that:
TO caslte are only one side passable to caslte. Gates from same direction, a lot of rocks, cactuses in valleys of casltes. Castle is on sharp cliff.

Still misunderstanded,

To TwoDie-yes i understand that english is not your first language,i also understand what you are getting at.

We all have different styles, which this current one of mine has run it's course- i have other designs planned for the future.

TwoDie I hope you going to renew your map making style :]

We all go through different design styles, time to move on.

One map you'll hate then is 'HADES'this is sharp cliffs spelling HADES- lots of hidden fire throwers, very funny to watch through 'passable' cliffs.I made some castles on sharp jagged cliffs because there are a few that are,i also added 'stuff' as i tried to make the maps look more appealing and to inspire others, also they are 'tongue in cheek' look at the map editor feature and the pic of the example castle! You could always have a go with SH2/legends,some good maps there.
