Hey Lordmich, I played your castle and here's a little review.
Hard level attacking: troops lost 15%
Hard level defending troops lost 49%
The surrounding landscape is very nice and I liked the little town on the other side of the river. the bridge could have been a little wider, (my preference)
The castle is also very nice and I liked the ammendments to the main keep which is naturally difficult to make it look right, but it was!
From the gameplay I found out that the troops were well balanced on both sides. One downside, although if intentional, the defending crossbowmen and archers were stuck on the towers, which meant that if you didn't have enough attacking crossbowmen you couldn't win.
On attacking mode, I changed all the troops to crossbowmen and a few pikemen, this was the only possible way to win in order to kill the troops on the towers, which got fun, but after a while quite tiresome.
On defending mode it was very enjoyable. On the first round I let my knights take care of the catapult but regretted it later. On the second go, I sent the pikemen and troops into the keep and grouped the crossbowmen to the gatehouse. I left the catapult and bulked the troops to the gatehouse as the enemy would never breach the walls other than the gatehouse. When the gatehouse fell, I made the crossbowmen go into the keep and pushed the pikemen and knights up to the breach in the castle which made for a comfortable win.
overall this map is pretty good. 3/5.
I look forward to seeing more maps from you.
