A large 400x400 map taking place on two large cliffs. The teams are saperated by a large drop off, which will provide protection from frontal assaults.
I think you should spend some more time on the quality of the maps rather than quantity.
You could download some other maps and check them out - observe and then try it in the editor.
That's how you can improove your mapmaking skills.

This is one of my least detailed maps. I'm gonna try to upload my good ones soon.
And I'v been making these maps for a long time. I'm not spontaniously making maps now. I don't need to observe other's maps. I'm not uploading my good ones let because if I do, than when I upload a lesser map, it makes it look like I'm getting worse of just didn't do as well.

Lord_of_Hell is just trying to help Sir Helms
It's only obvious for one to assume new members to have just started out with the game.
This is a fairly good map. Place yourself at near the cliffs and you can't miss a mangonel war.
Hope to see more of your maps.

If it's ready why not to submit it?
Some maps can be done just for fun in the idea of sharing them with the stronghold community.
But if you see things that way it's not bad either - you're trying to submit maps better and better.
Secondly, you said you don't need to observe others' maps. Actually that is a must if you really want to get better. Training map-making skills for your own will take some time, and still won't be able to cover all it's levels. Trust me, from a really great scenario you can learn things that normally would take months to discover yourself. There are still map-making tricks being discovered (yes, after so many years)
Anyway Looking forward to trying your future maps.
Surajsubba has pointed out a good aspect of this map which I like as well - mangonel wars.(multiplayer)

Great map, i enjoyed the tower wars bettween the cliffs, and also the forests.
And Lord_of_Hell you don't need to observe other peoples maps to get a farily good map. I submitted a map without looking at other peoples and got great comments still.
Don't pressure this guy to get better- let him make the decision himself. it is best not to pressure him

New map submitted... Sorry it took awhile. I was busy with school, so I thought I'd post an older one until I'm done with my two newest ones.
