Nizar - Double Pack

Author File Description
lordnmb
The new castle with walls, giving your shady opponent a bit of added protection that he lacked in his default castles.

The new castle without walls. It fits in nicely with The Nizar's default personality.

AIV Editor view, despite how it looks in the game, it is actually quite symmetrical.

Here is a pair of castles for The Nizar, that creep who relies almost entirely on Assassins and slaves to attack. He will build these castle in the same manner as his default designs, maintaining his original characteristics and play-style.

The only difference is a somewhat larger economy, he will build walls for added defense (Nizar1.AIV only), use a smelter, use pitch, and construct siege weapons on his towers.

The castle with walls will take The Nizar a long time to finish under low starting conditions, as he only builds a single quarry. Also I gave him a few spear-maker workshops and an armoury so that he can sell a few weapons for some extra cash.

I hope you enjoy it, sorry I haven't been too active lately!

Lord_of_Hell It looks preety good and the walls is a drastic change on a AI that uses only moat.

Though, maybe if there was fewer towers, Nizar's missile defenses wouldn't be so dissipated. Or maybe the same number of towers but the archers would be concentrated in certain & important towers and the rest of them would have only the siege machines.
Edit: just my thoughts.

You are right to an extent, but The Nizar always did a better job of manning his towers with archers than the (for the most part) other AI's. I actually find that neither design really effects the difficulty, but if you are planning on blasting The Nizar with all kinds of siege equipment, then the walled castle definitely has advantages.
Lord_of_Hell It's anyway a better castle than the default ones.

I would personally have placed more bakeries though.
