This is my attempt at making a long enjoyable game, and I think I did a damn good job! Heh, well this map is a bountiful one, one that enables you to work up to great forces over a long period of time. In game you have about 30 or so years to do as you like, and within these 30 years you have the Rat, Snake, Pig and finally the Big Bad Wolf to harass you and your progress, not to mention to come get your soul... Of course as times go on you will find it grows more difficult, but with the time alotted you have plenty of years to train a massive army of your own! And you'll need it I promise you! FreeBuild/Invasion? I think so! Try this download, and please tell me what you think! It's my first map, and i'm sure there are grander things to come!
-Agent Orange.. (The Original) AO!
Playability: It took me 5 tries to beat it! That's great. Usually, I get these things in one or two. It kept me on my toes and was lots of fun.
Balance: After a while, you can stop the traveling fairs. They become pointless and let you completely ignore happiness. Other than that, a nice balance. Good job of making resource routes dangerous!
Creativity: Difficult to determine when to build what. Never quite knew what was coming. See below why I lowered the score, though.
Map: Not bad, but it's obvious you're new to map building. They get better as you go along, so I'm not terribly worried about it, since this is your first.
Story: Not much of one, really. This is where you usually try to catch someone's eye. The name caught me, but the description and story could definitely use some creativity.
Well, keep the maps coming! Hope this helps.

My preference is not to rate this map, only comment it.
I even dont finish it, stopping it at half of the game. Reason was simple : game reached his limit and I was granted by a wonderfull invasion of ... 15 archers.
I had simply to much people either civilians and soldiers, about one thousant + too numerous deer on the map.
Agent Orange : if my memory is good stronghold cant manage more than 1500 peoples in a map : civilians soldiers and animals.
It's a fair attempt for a first map, but you gave too much, really too much of all, grassland, stone, tree, pitch ... and worst : time.
Events other than repetitive fun fair and wheat disease would be become as well. Some calamity could give work to the player between two invasions and for exemple bound him to a more carrefull plan of his castle to prevent uncontrolable fire spread.
