We write the year 1072. The empire has lost control over some holdings in Anatolia. But the Romans are fighting back.
You are a small lord, vassal to the duke of Nicaea, who sent you to the village of ktesiphalon near the borders of his duchy.
The people need to be secured from the arabs.
Your mansion has already been erected by the builders you have brought to this task.
The task is to hold on to the arabs as they are launching their attacks on the borders of the empire and collect the tribute for your liege lord, the duke.

This is kind of an eco-vasion.
Also part of some more missions to come.
Comment if you like it.
It is my first submission but not my first map for Stronghold. I have created about 40 missions up to now, none of them submitted yet...
This was a well-designed ecovasion which I enjoyed playing. The restrictions make it more interesting, but as I was well-established by the last 2 invasions, I managed to easily defend against them. You could possibly add 1 more invasion between them & increase them slightly.
I look forward to some more of your ecovasions, which are my favourite.

Quite entertaining eco-invasion. There's plenty of invasions and bandits that makes your life tough, but not unbearable. Meeting the requirements may not be as easy as it would seem at first glance, thanks to an array of bad events (not counting the invasions and bandits).
A couple of issues:
I hate ruins! Really! I don't mind "natural" obstacles, but find the ruins irritating, mainly because you can't remove them when they are preventing you from placing buildings. Not very realistic, but unfortunately a feature of the game. But that's just me.
I don't mind fires, but this is an arsonists wet dream! Fires, fires, and them some fires, followed by fires, fires and ... (you know the drill)
Despite the above-mentioned issues, I enjoyed playing this scenario. Good job!
