This is the fourth of four missions that put you up agianst the Rat. It has a good story line, You must help Lord Gray Rider defeat the Rat.

Playability: 4/5. The final chapter. You have a more or less completed castle and enormous amounts of stone and iron on the stockpile from the previous missions. The Rat's castle can be seen in the distance and you have to kill the enemy lord whilst defending against the invasions. Playability is good again, but there was an easier way to win. I sold most of my stone and iron and recuited macemen (you can buy maces and leather armour at the marketplace). This large force of 50 or so macemen was enough to storm the Rat's castle and kill him before the invasions took place. This distracted from the mission somewhat and limiting what you could buy from the market would have really benefitted the playability of the map.
Balance: 3/5. In light of the above comments, the map seemed a little easier that I was expecting. No doubt most people would look at the stockpile, look at the troops in the Rat's castle and think that the victory can be achieved easier than first thought.
Creativity: 4/5. Generally, the idea here is to build up a force and storm the enemy castle. The final chapter is a logical conclusion to the earlier missions and is a suitable ending. I liked the progression of the maps as a whole and the author has done well to present a series that flows from start to finish.
Map Design: 3/5. Not bad at all. There seems to be more modelling of the terrain here and the design is largely well thought out. Nice castle areas.
Story/Instructions: 4/5. Finishes off the story well. The story throughout the map series has been crucial and deserves praise for effort and time spent in this area.
IN SUMMARY: Another good map on the whole and a fitting end to a series that I found to be interesting and generally well designed. Good work!
