~Alexus march along with his trusted warriors and his successor trough the vast forest.
They reach the ruins of Alph's and take encampment. Alexus will need Gold and Weapons for the first invasion in the town of Ressa. Arabs track Alexus moves and try to stop him...
Mission 2: The Invasion of Ressa
-Capture the town of Ressa
-Collect 2000 Gold
-Collect 50 Ale
-Hold of the Invaders
~The town of Ressa resides inside the mountains, it is rich of minerals and soil. Alexus want to capture it for the next plan...
Alexus need Gold and Ale, the Gold is needed to pay the infiltrator in the city of Nessahia. The Ale is Needed to boost the morale of your soldier and to strengthen them.
~After Capturing the Town of Ressa the news will head to the city of Nessahia and try to take it back.
Mission 3: The Assassination
-Kill The King
~The City of Nessahia is known for the Blades of Grass. The King of Nessahia will Deliver a message to Saladin about Alexus. So try and Stop him before he send the message.
~Killing the king will make the Arab's surrender.
I found this quite easy & at the 2nd attempt got my Victory down to Nov 1282. Perhaps more attacks, starting earlier would make it more challenging... or starting with less food. The starting amount of stone was clever.

I played part 2 which was fine until I captured the castle & realised I can't grow or buy hops & can't buy ale. So the 50 ale objective is impossible.

I still played it, but you don't lose when the timer runs out. I'm still playing it at 1319.
Also, why does my army show 24 engineers & 57 tunnellers, although I can't see them?

Make Sure you do the objectives. Keep Enclosed, Gold 2000, and 50 Ale.
I don't know about the Engineers and Tunnellers never happened to me.

I enjoyed playing Ch 2, but again, what is the point of having a timer if you can only lose by having your lord killed? That's no challenge at all... just build a huge army and then start growing hops.
I'll play it again to better my Victory time.

Mission 1 plays nicely. You cannot place any walls, the archers have to fight on foot ...
Mission 2 challenges you by small space of greenery and big invasions - during the first half. In the second part of the time needed to brew the ale, no more invasions arrive.
Blacksmith and leather workshop are pointless.
Mission 3 offers a very puzzling siege through the maze of a beautiful but deadly castle. Lots of saves needed.
If you can't find a way inside, watch your "army".
