Just a thought, a map with different access to resources for the players cannot be labeled balanced.

"Im sorry if I remake it" --> Well, maybe you should ask for the original map maker's permission to edit and re-submit his map then? And give him credits!

Even if the original map makers are not active, you should still give them credit for making the maps in the first place.

About the balancing stuff:
You can really trust Peter2008's opinion.
Moreover, a short look at the minimap is enough to see that this map is not "balanced", but "imbalanced" - not meant to be an offense, and not all skirmish maps have to be balanced, but this is NOT balanced, definitely. Neither in matters of space, nor in matters of oasis, trees, stone or iron.
About the credits:
I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but when you resubmit a map of another author, and don't even give him credits although you were hinted towards that, you really risk that your map will be removed by the staff.
Edit: I downloaded this file for 3 times. Not a single time I got a working map. The first time all I got was a big black "hole" covering the whole of both maps (at first I even thought I have a black screen) - I never saw something like that before... The second and third time I got completely empty maps with many little (1x1 tile) black holes in it that were spread out over both maps, getting more frequent towards one corner.
The minimap previews in the loading screen were intact, but when the maps were loaded, the minimap previews also showed completely black / empty maps with black holes. I think the uploaded file might be somehow corrupted, as I never had any troubles with downloading maps before, and 3 bad downloads in succession are quite unlikely. Did anyone else have any problems?

Well, maybe I was a bit harsh to you.
Though, you should download the map for yourself and check if the file works for you.
