Hey, I liked to play this mission because of its well-trimmed balance and clever restrictions.
For example, there's no wood trading, you have to keep an eye on the stocks.
The invasions arrive in doses and in times that are both hard and manageable. Feels like considerate playtesting has been done.
So I had a pleasing hours while building up the village structures and the requested amounts.
Even relocated the two initial inns by the time, hehe.
The story is quite short but original and fits to/ explains well the situations on the map.
The hints show how the author wants the scenario to be played. Chapels, hm (with priests wandering around all over the place) ... I waited for the magic 1,000 gold a Cathedral costs.

Thanks for a great map. Did you mean us to get extra wood in the beginning? I agree with your 'hard' rating & would give it 5 for playability.
After the 1 large invasion it was a bit easier & I had Victory Nov 1219.

Congrats on a well-designed and well-playable map;
Fires and steadily occurring invasions being launched from different directions were keeping me busy all the time ... it took me a while to keep my stone, hops and iron production sufficiently protected.
