The Kulda village has been besieged for a few weeks, trapping our garrison between the river and enemy territory. Our soldiers are scaterred, starving and the whole hamlet is in ruins. The enemy has waited for some of the troops to retreat to the hills, to finally advance through the river, take over the ruins and make a final push into the camp.
If we're able to stop their push and deliver a strong enough counterattack to their lines, we can escape through the river before the enemy reinforcements arrive from the rear.
This is a fast paced map where you have to make good use of your units to protect yourself from an imminent attack, and you're forced to do a counter attack to eliminate all enemy units, all of this on a timer.
I think it's not too hard to beat, and it's in my opinion a fun little map, enjoy.
This is in deed a quickly played but entertaining map with a nice concept; first you have to sustain the enemy attack across the river, then it's your task to eliminate those shattered hostile units by simultaneously having an eye on the timer that is running out ... statistically, 36 archers, 3 crossbowmen and 8 pikemen survived this "military duty". In my first attempt I failed, but after reorganizing my troops in the second try, I've finally mastered this funny scenario.
Congratulations on a creative short game-idea!

Very much enjoyed this invasion.
First time is "hard" because you have to realise all your troops are charging forward and stop them before they get too spread out, second time is easy.
I lost more archers than Stratego, but had more pikemen and even a couple knights survive.
I even recorded it for your viewing pleasure: https://youtu.be/a6MUS-jr3ac
