After installing the patch my text is in a foreign language but my speech is still correct.
The patch looks at the regional settings you have your machine set to. If you change it to the appropriate language the patch will install in that language. To find your regional settings within Windows, click on the START button, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL and click on REGIONAL SETTINGS or REGIONAL OPTIONS and set your location to the appropriate language.
Will the foreign patch work for my version of the game?
Yes, there is only one version of the patch and the language it installs in depends on the language of your regional settings within Windows.
