1 - If the orchard is adjacent to the granary, 2 crops can be picked. If the farmer doesn't get back before the next harvest matures, they turn brown and that harvest is lost.
2 - The cycle doesn't restart until the farmer is back at the farm. If a tanner takes a cow, all production stops until a 3rd cow is produced.
3 - Any wheat unharvested after 24 months will die.
4 - 1 unit of wheat = 1 sack of flour.
5 - 1 sack of flour = 8 loaves.
6 - Usually less unless bakery is next to both stockpile and granary.
7 - Any not harvested after 15 months will die.
Food Production

This one gets a little complicated, so I'm afraid that there are quite a few footnotes. Times given are generally the amount of time it takes to produce goods excluding the time taken to collect raw materials and/or to deliver the goods to the stockpile/armoury/granary. This time taken collecting/delivering will have a major impact on how quickly you are able to produce goods/food.| Starts before worker arrives | Growth/production time in months | Units taken to granary/ stockpile at once (crop) | Crops per harvest | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apples | Y | 3 | 3 | 11 |
| Cheese | N | Initial crop 5 Subsequently 22 | 3 | 1 |
| Wheat | N | 18 | 2 | 123 |
| Flour | N | ? | 14 | 32 |
| Bread | N | 2 | 85 | 326 |
| Hops | N | 13 | 1 | 47 |
| Beer | N | 4 | 1 | 1 |
