If you are looking for playtesters, add a post to this thread, stating the title of the map, the style of map, i.e. what does the scenario involve, which game this refers to and a link to the thread you created for it.

Please note: anyone volunteering for playtesting and any comments or discussions relating to this should do so in the relevant thread, not in this one. Please use this thread for recording the details of your requests for help.

Once your map has been tested and you are ready to submit it to the downloads section, please edit your post and either add something like Done at the botton of your request, or use strikeout ~~strikeout~~

I could use a playtester or two for a new Stronghold invasion entitled The Left Hand of Darkness. It was inspired by the Ursula K Le Guin novel of the same name, and it features a massive amount of snow, a glacier, siege tower mines (one fuctional), and a small badish ship.

It's one of those maps where the difficulty is invariable, as the beginning can be quite rough if you make a mistake/get unlucky, but a cakewalk after you get over the invasion "hump," so to speak.

Notes:
(To LOH) If Lord_of_Hell is there, please note that it's the same modified version of the map which I sent you.
(To all others). If you find it boooring, then I can modify it. (as this map is still unpacked and I can modify it).
Story will not be available to playtesters, sorry for that.

with challenging economic goals
invasions starting some years before the loosing event and some other events to keep the player busy

Play Testing Needed for My latest Map.
It is for Stronghold crusaders.
It has neither economic nor really any military campaign qualities.
It is 300x300
And it is an invasion.

This takes place 2 months after The Dark Age Chapter 1 which can be found here [url=http://stronghold.heavengames.com/downloads/showfile.php?fileid=7129][/url]

You are to gather all your forces that are hiding from the enemy after the great fall. Once you have them all you can proceed with an assualt on the Castle.
So just tell me your email or email me a message asking to play test it.

I have a map for playtesting...SHC version 1.2 -Invasion -No economic goals - A "sige" map,if you will... - Normal/maybe eaven hard

SHC ver.1.2 Invasion

Need seasoned playtester(s) for an unpolished scenario that's extremely hard (I hope). It's a lenghty scenario (30+ game years) build upon (but not meant to be an accurate representation of) a real and decisive battle where Saladin was the succesful "invader". You will have to build a very strong castle and an equally strong economy.

The map may have to be redone - if possible, as it's build upon another players map containing special scripting - and there's a couple of glitches (announcements and a few ghosts) related to that. The glitches DO NOT interfere with gameplay, afaik. Just for the record: Everything from the original scenario has been deleted, except the special scripting (2 lines).

Hello all.
Would someone care to playtest my map? It is my first try and I would like to see how it plays for people familiar with the game.

Type: Economic

EDIT: Forgot to mention this is for the original Stronghold.

EDIT: It seems as though the playtester who offered to try this map is not available to give feedback. I have decided to alter this map somewhat and will test it myself.
