Greetings gentle Lords.
I'm having trouble finding a solution for this problem. What do I need to script in order to have your troops (and lord if need be) start on neutral ground, then take an enemy castle by killing all of the enemy troops?
I understand the scripting as far as winning conditions, and taking an enemy castle. But every time I start the mission, I instantly lose, because my lord has no estate. Is it even possible to start without land? I know you can in the vanilla campaign.
Thanks

I will be sure to try both methods. Thank you Sir.

Here's another question. I've never seen real-time shadows in my game. The option for it is always grayed out in the start-up menu. I've been running ver 1.4.1 for a long time, and have never had any luck with it. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

I seem to be having a problem creating a warcustom. I made the map, and set Edwin in charge of a castle. The idea is you capture the fort, then later in the mission, Edwin comes to besiege it again. The problem is that every time the mission starts, Edwin begins building a new fort. Even though I've changed the estate to 'use buildings on map'. And even stranger is that after I capture the fort, it isn't Edwin's men who come to attack it. It's William. And because he is an ally in the mission, its not an attack, but reinforcements. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this? I know I've done everything right in terms of scripting.

Did you ever get a chance to look at the map?
