I was wondering who is in the Kingdoms alpha test. I thought it would be interesting to see who is playing/testing.

EDIT:
Please feel free to post in here even if you are not actually playing in the Kingdoms alpha test. You might want to know more about it and testers are now allowed to describe the game and their experiences

Nice to see you pop in Lord Tanthos.

So far, I find the new alpha more difficult than the previous. I am being attacked almost regularly, and the economics have been rebalanced.

I wasn't able to try the previous Alphas, but I was able to play this one.

I'm now an Alderman with -13K honor, haha. XD

Here's a mail from a casual player who trades with me:
AI's dont attack right?
if so, can you attack a player called
"pig" for me? he attacked me

I hope you sent a diplomatic message to"Pig" to ask him to cease and desist from his barbaric behaviour?

:P

"Pig" is not talkative in Kingdoms, actually.
He turned out the kind of player who means: come on, raze me, and I'll be back in 3 days.

Oh. Sorry. Is there a player who has actually called himself "Pig"?

There is a "the pig", but I don't think he's what the casual player was talking about. I'm not sure if he knows that AI's can attack.

And I think you misread, eric. Because the AI Pig would come back anyway just to annoy us. D:

I like how at the beginning, everything was slow and it keeps going faster as time progresses. What with wars going on, arms races, and such, it makes the game seem more lively each day.
I notice how there are still people who just joined. I don't think it's the best time to start this late into the game. o_O

Yes. I think you are right. Starting now might be a little daunting. But at least there seem to be plenty of available villages

The end of Alpha is nigh... so how did everyone do this Alpha?

Housing was among the steps I went further in this round. It unfolds a nice power: during the online time, one can train lots of troops quickly and get a housing effect on popularity. In the time off, high taxes come in.

Prerequesites are maxed basic food types and ale supply.

Since we're at the end anyway, I feel like doing something completely asinine... . And I found someone I can raze for a million honor.
With Logistics, it'll take me 19 hours to get there... sounds like a fun trip hiking across half of the country.
