Hello, thanks for checking out my scenario ...

During a border dispute with Ratty de Puce you must take charge of the small village and castle of Quiglesbury and oversee its redevelopment. This task will not be helped by the continuing attacks from the Rat, and you are soon to discover he is not alone ...

This is a fairly straightforward invasion map which has been designed to play at normal or easy difficulty level, hope you enjoy it.

Happy gaming ...

This is a great scenario. I have enjoyed playing it... repeatedly. So far I have been unable to beat this one. So any advice would be appreciated.
The map design is very unique; with a burned out village and stockpile, seperated from the castle proper. The repeated invasions have caused me great trouble, but don't seem to be overwhelming. They manage to destroy my economics in a hurry though.
Overall a very good effort, that I would recommend. Especially to more experienced players. Great Job!!

This is a great map, defiently deservesa place in the best of stronghold - I love the way there is a castle and then a wooden fort area in the valley - brlliant. Having read Jitz's review and my memories of other brave sir robyn maps I started out on easy - it was great to play and I had a thriving economy untill quite near the end when my popularity went below 50 due to no food brought upon bythe Rats final attack - it was nigtmare as I had a population of over a 100. I only just my economy up and running again when the Wolf began his two attacks - the second finished me off. There was plenty of room for farms - but because of the stockpile and granary so far apart I always had so much flour. I also found out that at the end when I died I had 3500 gold! But it is still a very well balanced map - beginners on easy though. I loved building up my economy to begin with but he map design did not really suit my huge empire with over a hundred peseants. I do not think that the drought event was a good one - it left the map design very bare and empty. The map design looks better at the beginning than it did the end. As said above I loved the wooden fort in the valley with the castle above it - it gives a great mystial feel to the map. Overall it is very creative especially with the battle at the beginning and the peasants coming back to the castle. There is some nice storyline - a fair 4 I think - there is an atractive site description as well. Overall quite a long, hard map (done tink I even mentioned what fires did to my base) but a great map to play especially if you are in search of a cassic invasion. Good work!
