A new beginning. You have been dropped off deep into the Pigs lands, by ship with a small group of men and supplies. Your mission is to build a base camp at the mouth of the river and hold on to it for ten years until more supplies are sent to build a major fort. This land is full of wildlife and dangers, you better get your defences up because if the Pig finds out you are here, he will not be happy.
I couldn’t find an invasion that was challenging enough so I thought I would try and make one. This Map will keep you thinking if you plan to last the full 10 years.
This is the first map I had made. I did not put in a lose event when making this map. Before you play go in and put in a lose if lord is killed, otherwise if you get killed you have to wait the full ten years before the game ends. Sorry about this rookie mistake.

nobody seems to fill out these Reviews, so I'll fill one out myself. If you played this please send comments as this was my first map and I want to improve.

Ok here is the treview that you wanted but I must ask you to re-consider your reviews of our maps as if you see other maps by the same score you will surely understand.
For a first time effort this is not too bad but there is quite a lot to work on. The map is not too playable mainly because you are so crampt next to the sea and wolves prevent early progress. The map is huge and you only operate in a small corner. Although the trees do allow your economy to grow quite fast. The mpa is quite well balanced. I blocked off the fords and held off all the invasions on normal but it did give me a bit of a challenge. Quite creative and quite well designed - there was no need for the map to be so big and you use maybe too many trees. Not bad at all though. A bit of story, enough for a 3. It also sets up for future maps. Overall for a first time effort not too bad at all.
