Years go on and the battle for England still rages on. Despite talks to the other lords, wars and death continue to rise in the country. You Arthur Redaxion son of Josef Redaxion own the counties along the coast. These counties hold great value for oversea trades and a place to keep your war ships. De Puce knows of their importance and seeks to claim them as his own, the French have also sent elite reinforcements to help in the Rats conquer. You travel to Thoren, home of the grandest settlement in your power. Although made of wood, this mighty structure is situated in the heart of Thoren therefore has a full view of the county. Not knowing you have arrived in Thoren, De Puce is likely to not send enough troops to defeat you, nevertheless never underestermate the French!
Suggestions: When playing stock up on ale. You will need to raise taxes in order to survive. Make more flechers because they hold the key to succsess and always remember to have enough food stocked up, you never know if the Rats men will destroy your farms.
Things not to do
do not destroy the walls or edit the castle in any way. It is impossible to make flat wooden paths while playing so if you destroy them you can't replace them.
With that said hope you enjoy part two of my campaign and happy gameing.
Lord Arthus
Very nice map, especially the map design - stunning work! The fort also looks great - nice use of wooden walkways and palisade walling. Very playabel as well although a little bit hard. I would have given the map 5 for creativity as well but for two things - there are no scripted events and the map follows to closely to chapter 1 with two waves of attacks. I held off the first wave - the enemy foiled just outside the keep by use of the boiling oil. Howver on the second attack I was swamped and if it was not for some AI problems then it would have been a slaughter. Some of the pikemen stood around and did not go to the keep after they had broken through. Still a little too hard. The map design is fabulous - you are a very talented map designer - the rugged coastal effect was truly excelent. Storyline very good - a fine piece and well written and a high 4. So overall a very good map and beautifully designed. Good work!
