This map has great potential and with some good editing could become a very good invasion map.
I was unable to get past the first wave of invasions due to my Lord wandering around outside of the castle proper at the time of the attack. He was killed before I had any chance to defend. The biggest problem was the game did not even go to the defeat screen, instead it just kept going with me having no control over any units.
On a second attempt at the map I did manage to get past the first wave of invasions only to wait a period of ten years for the next action. This action was way to extreme. % months in a row of 500 units per attack?? The player really has little chance if any to survive, and it is an aweful long wait only to see your efforts as virtually useless.
The map design and creativity are nice. Some good eye candy and nice castle layout.
The story is okay but there really is no way of telling if a player really has any sort of chance to beat this one.
I would suggest that the author refine the waves of invasion. If the player has to wait so long for anything to happen, I would suggest adding some sort of events. Playing a map for 10 years with no events at all, other than the occasional wolf attacking our people, makes for a rather long and boring wait. Also reduce the final assaults. 500 attackers over five month period with no rest at all. So the player has to basically whip out 2500 soldiers in order to live. I do not see that as possible.
