I've worked hard on this map, and after this map , I'll be designing maps with Dark NeRo and Captain Diablo. I hope we bring to you many more fun and entertaining maps. Enjoy.

Story
Tor and Ella were two of the kindest Lords and Ladies you could have. They belive that kindnest fed the gods. Tor and Ella had many children. You, second in the throne, were chosen the lead the people of the castle into florished lands and lives, with the finest wives and children, after they were assassinated. Tor and Ella were buried in a large round tower, high as the mountains, where they could watch over the people. After the funeral, you, the second in line, because your old brother died in battle, rename the castle to Tor'ella castle. Your county was declared to war a few months later, and has been suffering heavy losses. Many castles have been siege, and few have won over, some even still under siege, being forced to hunger. As your countries territoire thins, your castle is the only thing between the enemies army, and the kings castle. If you win this siege, you will leave the enemies army in a crippling state, leave a chance to regain the kings territories. May Tor and Ella watch over you.

Okay it took me a while to make this map. I tried to make it look as much as a small civilized castle as possible. You start with a working economy, but if you win, you must quickly make units. Food is hard to keep, as your crops are vulnerable to enemy attacks. Defend them if you will, but it might be easier (and troop worthy) to rebuild them.

Playtesting Edits
Made wood available to trade, as there are no tree(purposly done)

Made wheat avaible to trade, as it took awhile to get wheat started again, often leading to 0 popularity.

Aye, this map was a doosey. It starts off with 3 small invasions by the Pig, and your then left wondering, after 9 loooooong game years, and the time to last invasion bar still lingering behind the half way mark, your wondering, okay...so where's my challenge? Although you can't complain, since there's plenty to do in that expansive 9-10 years game time, you have to make sure your people are fed, make sure the walls are rebuilt stronger and better, get rid of the occasional pesky stone block that traps denizens in thier places, build up an army and maintain popularity. And that's only part of the game! After the second wave of invasions, well I won't spoil the surprise for you, download it yourself!

Balance: 5
Greatly balanced to perfection, the first play I thought archer packing would be enough, stuffing archers this way and that, hoping the sheer number of arrows would stop my enemy's advance. But I soon found out that they simply bounced off thier chests. :(

But I didn't particularily like that back door to the keep, and on my second play I promptly removed it. The "huge" round tower certainly is wide, but since it's made of walls it lacks the...the inertia of a normal tower, it seemed to crumble away to nothing after a while!

I loved the landscape design and the canyon through the middle, your Quarry looks a bit odd though. Using a custom made round tower was cool, and the castle was spectacular, but there had to be some connection from the invasions to the story, they seemed so random! And they lacked the; "ZOMG my arch enemy is about to come smash me to pieces!" It was good though.

Map Design: 5
I'm not much on map design, but I thought it was good, the castle fit perfectly into it's surroundings, but that quarry...

Story/Instructions: 4
It was a good read, although again there was little connection between the story and the invasions. How the two were assasinated would be a welcome addition to it, the tower wasn't very well described, as only a part of it was "reaching to the gods", in fact it was as tall as any other tower.

Additional Comments: Excellent map, excellent job. :)
