Ok I'll give you some tips:
Please spend some more time on you maps.
I suggest you read through some of the tutorials and guides to making scenarios, they are very helpful.
Try to make the terrain look real (look at photos) and always think about how nature works. Rivers on a mountian are thin with lots of rocks and stones around them, as they flow along level ground they start widening and meandering (bending).
Never place huge chunks of terrian in one group especially iron and stone. Make the Stone in the hills with maybe a few smallish cliffs to look like part of th hill has broken away to reveal quarry stones. Place iron inthe hills as well but only make patches big enough for 1- 2 mines and place a few smaller patches of ironaround this.
Trees...Place pine trees in the mountains and hills, place birch trees on low ground and near swamps, place oaks and chestnuts in the planes and near rivers.
Any bare ground should be filled with small ammounts of rocks/ stones, mud, dirt and shrubs.
I hope this helped you a bit but I definatly recomend that you read some guides and download some good maps.
For really good overall desinging and esp terraining, download a Warlord-Designs map and Lord Ako's maps.
For big towns/cities try Dougleass's maps.
For castle design try Jasper Tudor, Duke of York maps.
And visit the forums if you are having problems and there are plenty of people who will help you.
