This is the second map of the arabian series that I have been working on. This one is set immediately after the events at Kazeem. The forces of King Louis are just too great, and you are quickly overrun and captured. Your army awaits your command near the castle. There are two points of entry: the escape route that King Louis would use in times of trouble, which requires more correct timing and strategy, and the main gate, which is more for a direct siege. The main gate option is more for experienced players.
The story is as follows:
As day became night, the men carried out their duties upon the walls. They knew that their victory over King Louis would not stop him from attacking again. I personally fear for the worst: most of our men are wounded, and food is in short supply. We will continue to stand our ground, however. I have sent the bulk of my army out to find more supplies or reinforcements, but I have not heard back from them yet. I can hear a horn in the distance. King Louis is coming...
After a long and harsh siege, you are eventually defeated and captured. The remainder of your defenders are either massacred or sold into slavery. The bulk of your army returns to the castle to find nothing but a smoldering ruin. They search around the whole land, but can find no trace of you. Eventually, they see King Louis's banner flying in the distance. It is one of his castles! Your army is ready to do anything to free you. The castle is well defended, so besiege it wisely.
Hints:
1. The knights and macemen will charge at you early on in the mission. Position your ranged troops accordingly and make sure you have your assassins at the ready.
2. there are plenty of traps, so be ready for them.
