It's not bad, but some things could be addressed. The bottom half is a bit plain, with just grass. Also, the castle feels like its been shoved into the corner; try building it further in the center. The river could also use some spiffing up; whenever terraining, always keep this principle in mind: all terrain must look realistic and natural. Always ask yourself, "Does this look natural? Could this actually happen somewhere in nature? Does this look real?" That way, you'll end up with really good maps that look real and attractive, and thus you'll get more downloads and possibly reviews.
Nevertheless, this is a good map! Just spend more time with the map editor, and you'll be making better maps in no time.

Hey my real name is Jeff and my age is 13. I'd like to comment I'd rather put changes on the map cuz Irishkern mite be commenting bad about this map so, please try to make more vegetation on the map and some mountainous areas. Well some areas are mountainous. Put some marsh on the map so it can be challenging to the enemy. Of course you need to put more enemies to storm the castle, and the last thing, please read mapmaking 101. So you can understand how to make maps ok? have a nice day.

look up pictures of landscapes or over head photos of castle/ fortress / abbeys / churches.
but it is not a bad map. your skill is improving. read the map making faqs for any additional information. Generally its better to have something than not in a map.
