Your evil brother ascended the throne and you decided it was time to leave. After weeks of traveling through wilderness your scouts returned with some good news; they had found a fertile hidden riverdelta.
You took your chances and moved out, upon arrival it turned out that a miller and his sons already lived there.
After some strong bargaining he agreed to assist you and eventually move on, but only in return for a small fortune of goldpieces and a large amount of wood planks. "I plan to build a magnificent mill and be stinking rich" he said.
This map strongest point is that it is devided in two halves; you never know from which side the enemy will come.
This also means you will have to defend both sides.
The map has you reach some economic goals; apart from the wood and gold there also is a blessed and drinking ale requirement.
-A quick start is essential to survive, it might be a good idea to try different approaches.
-Be very carefull with your food supplies.
-Start building inns and churches as soon as possible, they will give you essential popularity bonuses, and furthermore, it is important to have the level required when time runs out.
-This map should be a nice challenge at normal diff. level for the average player, if you are an expert player I recommend playing it at hard diff.

This was a great map,and I have played it over 10 times (thats a lot for me,I usually play once,but if I like it,i play it more),it is fun to play and a good setup overall.
Playability: I gave this a 4 because i played it a lot,and more than most maps i play (except for MP),i thoroughly enjoyed it,but also,cause I playtested it,i knew what was gonne happen saughta(if i hadda remembered everythin it woulda been easier,lol). The attacks were good, if not a bit easy (I played on Normal hardness),i wont say how many there were or exactly what happens cause then the plot is ruined for u guys who havent D/L it. I also enjoyed the challenges of making a castle around the area i had,it was good,:).
Balance: It was good, (i have to admit,i did find it pretty fair),but at times i beat the attackers too easy and this was a bit of a blemish,but not a big one,that is why it aint a 5 instead of the 4 i gave it.
Creativity: I found the looks of the map great,i found the storyline great,i played it many times because it is such a good map,and it is different to some of the maps i usually D/L,it is good,and i loved the challenge of making my castle in the delta and some in the higher areas,it was well done.
Map Design: As some of us players think,Ako is the best eye-candy maker we have,and one of the best map desingers overall too,i personally love most and nearly all of his maps,i enjoy looking at them too,this one is no different. He has made beautiful scenery,and the Delta idea was great (someone else has probably done it befroe,but i havent noticed,lol),and it looked good too,some deltas look half made and not good,but this one does,well done,and the many diff. height plains were great,and i made my castle in many diff. places.
Story/Instructions: I liked the story,and it was good,especially about the miller and sons already living their,great idea,never seen it before (i dont D/L a lot a maps,dont have time),but good story and works well with the map,:)
