My second map, this time i tried to make something harder and I worked longer on the nature. If you want to see a great battle wolf should attack from the left corner and pig from the right (at the start). Story description in game (short like always :P) dont be angry if you see enemy crossbowmen going to the top of the map :D.
If the enemy brake your walls burn the city <evil> and get your troops to the main castle,
no walls building
no troops recruiting
hope you enjoy it!!
P.S next project mb Constantinople or Rhodos for the castle competition |

(Well this is certainly very playable,a very big castle to watch over.A lot of infrastructure-farms ,industries etc.highly enjoyable)
Balance: 4
(Reasonably well balanced,the invasions arent a real threat(1)when my engineers use their pitch most of the enemy are caught in the fire while they destroy the buildings.(2)some of the pigs' troops go round the castle and muster near the top gate only to be picked off by my archers/x-bowmen.no enemy troops even went near the keep. (3) watching the castle burn,recreates history,loved it . )
Creativity: 4.5
(I see that you took your time making this map,you must've spent some considerable time getting those'ships' made,the way the castle is in seperate parts is a good concept.)
Map Design: 4.5
(I noticed criticism from a few others,but doesnt come across as very positive.I like the way the stream meets the moat its the small touches that add to the 'feel'.It's important you create your own 'style' of map.)
Story/Instructions: 4.5
(A good story,with historical content,it helps set the mood and what the player should expect)
Additional Comments:
on the downside the win event was a hundred years after the last invasion,was that intentional or an oversight?.(2)*lazy seige weapons,try making them appear first a month or two before the infantry,i have the same trouble and usually cut down on the invasion size and increase the repeat time.(3)the invasion forces,two seperate armies certainly adds to the drama,but i refer to my previous point*make the armies bigger and the seige weapons arrive a month or two before the troops.Your second map?-not bad i see great potential to come,i notice with the design you've read the map tutorials,well done A+ for that. He was one of the greatest strategist in the history, he crushed the turkish army many times, like his father(in the myths) King Sigmund of Luxemburg.
But you are right about that Wladislaw would had to protect Nándorfehérvár(Belgrad).
