You can get free access to a picture hosting site such as Flickr or ImageShack, upload the screenshot there and link it to the File Description.
Copy-paste the link line for HTML.

That's a nice try for a first castle.
The dog cages in front of it, the fire ballistae and trebuchets and the walls behind his towers make the fortress stronger than most of the standard castles of Richard Lionheart. The placement of most of the buildings inside the castle is fine.
The pitch ditch around the castle looks quite intimidating and impressive and will surely burn a lot of enemies when lit. But one arrow will burn it all at once, meaning that there is no protection against a second approach of the enemy. Moreover, he will need a huge amount of expensive pitch to install the pitch ditch.
And any burning building anywhere inside the pitch-covered area will also set the whole thingy aflame uncontrollably.
And watch out with the balance of your weapons production: You got 3 fletchers, 3 poleturners, 4 blacksmiths and 5 armourers. Supposing that poleturners, blacksmiths and armourers produce their products with the same speed, you need 7 armourers instead of 5.
Moreover, you placed several churches. One church results in a popularity bonus of +1. If you have 5 churches, you still get just +1, so those cheaper and smaller chapels are better instead.
And always remember to put an oil-engineer to the keep ENTRANCE as that is the only spot where the hostile units will surely have to be before entering the keep.
Cheers,
