An experiment in Castle building was transformed into the seige scenario I now put before you for your approval. Again, I hope this is a little different. I played it many times, and enjoyed it and hope you enjoy it as well. Cheers, Deacon
Actually Im quite stumped as to why this scenario doesnt get downloaded much, as its probably my personal favorite picking from the ones I have made.

An amazing scenario, I agree with you and wonder why it hasn’t been reviewed before either.
It has a really nice castle.
Defending => quite a daunting prospect when you see all those troops coming for your lower bailey, nice balance of archers and crossbow men. More realistic - there would be more archers then crossbowmen as crossbow men would be overcome by sheer weight of numbers!! The lack of braziers made keeping archers alive more important, if they were killed then the pitch was useless and it took me a few attempts to keep enough archers alive to light the pitch!
Attacking => This was quite difficult, the siege equipment on the hill picked off many of my archers, and so I was left with only one option an all out assault, This was really good fun.
Overall - This was a really good map, and must for everyone’s collection. A more in depth story line would have made it a supreme map.
I hope to lots more like this map!!
Nice one m8
