Hunsrück Mountains, April 1288. The word of your powerful action against the bandits in the Moselle River valley, especially the elimination of the Pig's monstrous brother, has gotten around. The remaining groups of bandits flee in fear into the forests of the Hunsrück mountain range and dig themselves in. You have been informed of the location of their main camp. Your main army will secure Cochem, but you have decided to send a group of soldiers on a punitive mission to pull the crooks out of their caves and burn out their nest!
Comments:
I appreciate the depth of strategic thinking Stronghold requires from the player, and even more, the world editor, which allows you to design a map to the greatest level of detail and reflect nature's beauty in it.
Acknowledging the great work many authors have contributed to the Stronghold Community here, I created a set of 66 missions to conquer medieval Germany. The missions have been grouped into several campaigns and feature dozens of real-life maps, including dozens of original German castles, based on their original footprint/construction plan. The missions also include a number of fictional maps reflecting Germany's scenery.
The remaining missions will be uploaded in stages within the coming weeks once I have completed my test run.
At 'very hard' settings, most of my missions are hard but feasible. However, like in real life, you will need to build your castles wisely. Build at least two walls, two gatehouses, and incorporate an outer ward to repel the enemy.
Update: Map in the German language added to the download file (for those that prefer to play in German).

Alright, first off; i absolutely love these campaigns. amazing work from start to finish. (**** mission 15 tho, im never gonna be able to complete that)
Gameplay is 10/10 (Some maps feel abit short, compared to the amount of time you must have spent on map design)
Mapdesign is 10/10, amazing work and detail. really cool ideas like an active volcano. i can't imagine creating something like this myself. and its not just one map, its 35+ amazing maps.
This is the only map i think is bugged, a few macemen and spearmen are invincible and refuse to attack, might need fix.
Thank you so much for this content mate, i can't find the words to describe how amazing this series is.

Many thanks for your feedback! Much appreciated. Are you speaking of the enemy troops that are stuck in the tunnels? The tunnels need to be accessed through the opening gates, to eliminate the enemy troops. :)

I thought it is just a trick so the mission is not too easy :D
I solved it by sparing my archers and crossbowmen to the end so the could kill them from above....
