Your father's keep is small but sturdy. Recently your clan builded a new keep, which takes the defensive advantages of the landscape more into acount. The Bishop of Rennes supported the construction and now in return asks you a favour. He wants you to rebuild the abbey of Landevenec, which was destroyed by Norman Raiders. Duc de Puce one of the nephews of the Lord Of Brittany seems to unpleased that he was not offered the task of rebuilding the abbey.
The abbey would be a new source of gold for his wrinkled, greedy hands...
He can count on support by his brother the Duc de Vipre, the greediest of the whole clan.
Ok, I loved this map it will go down as one of my favorites, there was one reasons and thing I would like to change and I will post it later on in the review.
Playability AN AWESOME MAP! This map was medium on easy and Impossible on very hard, I loved it. A beginner would have to think very hard and pull out all the tricks he currently knows to beat this one. Very well planned out.
The Creativity was one of my favorites, a castle you got help building but then the helper wants you to help rebuild his castle etc. etc. I liked the part how you fit the rat all into this!
The Map design was the thing I would like to change and get rid of, here's the part I hate, its all mid plain, I.E. no green fertile land near your stockpile, so wheat has to be logged up the mountain very far. The castle is great you must complete it though, it was not that hard, but like I said it takes awhile to lug all that wood up the mountain to your stockpile then all the way back.
The Story and instructions were great, the only reason I gave you a 4 was because the rat did not fit in to well, he was mad cause he did not get to build the castle...? I knew it was hard to fit in an AI and you tried to by saying he was in it for the gold but to me it was a hard mission to fit an AI into.
Overall: I must say this is one of my favorites, but with the map design it falls in to one of my lower favroites, if you updated to map and fixed that part it would become one of my top favorites. A must play for all you castle builders and invasion fanatics!
Thanks, was a great map, keep building more maps!

I was passing by out of curiousity and noticed there was no minimap. So I took the liberty of adding the minimap. In the process I had to guess that the version used was v1.1 (the update form insists that the version is now added)
