Kennelgroom
A kennelgroom was in charge of the huntsmen’s dogs. The dogs were highly bred and well trained and the kennelgrooms frequently slept in the stables with them

Knight
A knight was usually from the richer classes and was always mounted on horseback. He had to provide his own armour, sword, shield and horse from his estates’ profits and also have an army of footsoldiers drawn from his own workers. A knight was trained from a very early age and his attainment of the position was marked by an elaborate ritual. See also Page
